Our Philosophy

At PFC, we believe that families with children who have special needs deserve exceptional nannies and tutors who are committed to providing the very best care and services  available.  Our goal is to make the process of locating, hiring, and retaining specialized care for your child with special needs as easy and stress-free as possible.  We provide your family with unparalleled personal attention and take the pain out of screening, scheduling, and vetting potential candidates.  We work with families across the United States and abroad and have a network of caregivers and professionals dedicated to working with children who have special needs.

Because of our experience working with children and families, we understand that parents cannot just hire the babysitter down the street to care for their children with special needs.  If it our belief that to effectively provide the kind of environment that allows a child with special needs to excel, families need a compassionate and experienced professional working along side them who is skilled in strategically interacting with children who have special needs. We also believe that every family seeking nanny services deserves the highest customer service in the industry.  We strive to provide each family with personalized attention tailored to their specific needs.  It is our goal to develop long-lasting relationships with each family and caregiver with whom we work.
